There is roofed decking area, very comfy sectional sofas, charcoal BBQ ready. This unit is our main unit with 3 bedrooms including the one with king size, two queen size bedroom. Please note there is a guest suite attached downstairs(see details below). No common space is shared with your party. The house has oversized windows and ceiling windows, light filled all day! Highly efficient 2-stage furnace, and central AC(MUST in Seattle) will make your stay comfortable without temperature swing.
